From introduction
to working together.

We coordinate the process. The client makes its selection. The terms are agreed before work begins.

  1. We get to know you.

Noomi interviews the candidate to understand their technical background, English communication, availability, and goals.

  2. We look for a fit.

We consider relevant client needs and introduce candidates when there is a potential match. Timing depends on actual opportunities.

  3. You meet the client.

The candidate interviews directly with the company. The company decides whether it wants to proceed; Noomi cannot promise selection.

  4. We agree the terms.

If selected and mutually agreed, the person is engaged through Noomi LLC. The written agreement sets compensation, the assignment, and other terms before work starts.

Clear from the start: screening, referral, or client selection alone does not create an engagement. Placement requires agreed written terms and applicable eligibility checks. No placement, start date, earnings, or duration is guaranteed by this website.

Work with the team.
Contract through Noomi.

The client chooses.

The company interviews candidates and decides whom it wants on the assignment. A Noomi introduction does not guarantee that decision.

Noomi contracts and pays.

The individual’s engagement agreement and agreed salary or fees are with Noomi LLC, operating as Noomi Global, rather than a direct payment arrangement with the client.

The terms stay clear.

Role, compensation, location, working arrangements, and termination terms are set in writing. Either party may end the engagement as permitted by the agreement and applicable law.

Good questions.
Clear answers.

A few things to know before we talk.

Ask us something else
Where do you source candidates?
We consider candidates everywhere in the world. Your experience and the needs of the role guide the conversation. Each placement also depends on the client’s requirements and whether a lawful working arrangement is available in your location.
Do candidates need to speak English?
Yes. Working English is the minimum requirement for communicating with the client team. The level needed is assessed in relation to the role; native-level English or a particular accent is not required. Other technical and role-specific requirements also apply.
Does an interview mean I will get a job?
No. Noomi’s interview helps us understand your experience and consider a possible match. The client conducts its own interview and decides whether to proceed. Even then, an engagement requires mutually agreed written terms and any applicable eligibility checks.
Who signs my contract and pays me?
Under this model, you contract with Noomi LLC, which operates Noomi Global, and receive the agreed compensation through Noomi LLC. You carry out the assignment with the client team. Your legal status, taxes, benefits, and any responsibilities the client has depend on the actual arrangement and applicable law.
How long does an assignment last?
An engagement can continue for years when the client is happy with your performance, you’re happy with the team, and the arrangement continues to meet both sides’ needs. There is no guaranteed duration. Your written agreement and applicable law govern continued work, termination, notice, payment, and other obligations; earned compensation and protected rights remain intact.
Will I become a direct employee after one year?
There is no automatic conversion to direct employment with the client after one year, or any other period. You may continue working through Noomi as a contractor for years if the arrangement remains a good fit and continues under the agreed terms. Any direct-hire opportunity would need a separate offer and agreement; Noomi does not guarantee one.
Are all roles remote? Can you arrange relocation?
Most opportunities we work on are remote, but remote work is not guaranteed for every role. Location, time-zone overlap, hours, and any on-site or hybrid requirements are discussed before you agree. Relocation, visa sponsorship, and permission to work in another country are not promised.
What should I include in my first email?
Candidates: your technical background, country and time zone, availability, and a professional profile or portfolio link if you have one. Companies: the role, key skills, location or time-zone needs, and expected scope. Please do not send identity documents, bank details, medical information, or other sensitive data in an initial email.
